The Rest Before the Best

It’s good to get in a healthy dose of  ‘me time’ before the wedding day. Sneaking in some quiet time will rejuvenate your mind for all the interactions you’re about to have.  To recharge, light some candles, dim the lights and soak in the tub or read a leisurely book.  Apply a mud mask and set out the clothes you want to get ready in so you’ll have one less thing to worry about in the morning.  Step away from the computer. Instead relax with peaceful background music and curl up with a cup of tea or hot coco.  You can meditate, journal or write a love letter to your soon-to-be husband. Alone time can give you the chance to recite your vows and take care of any last minute calls to your vendors. Crawl into bed at a decent time (and try) to get a restful night’s sleep. Before you know it you’ll be marrying the man of your dreams.
